You may make your Hotel reservation until 20th of August 2009. After receiving your reservation form we will provide you the invoice. You should make the 100% prepayment before 25th of August 2009. If the prepayment is not made by this date, your reservation will be cancelled. The Organizing Committee doesn't guarantee your accommodation, if the reservation is made after 25th of August 2009"
We ask to specify also in the demand necessity of a transfer the airport-hotel-airport with instructions of date of an arrival, arrival time, number of flight and the arrival airport
